Guest notifications and personalization

All messages/notifications that automatically go out to guests throughout their stay at your property can be configured at Management → Configuration → Messaging tab like shown on the picture below:

These messages include Welcome notification, Pre-Stay notification, Feedback notification, and more. You can personalize your automated messages for each guest by simply copying dynamic text snippets and pasting them into your notification text editor. In the same way, you'll also add your property name, relevant links, etc.
