Manage bookings

The General → Bookings tab is where you can view all your bookings pulled from your PMS. Your bookings info include guest name, confirmation number, arrival and departure dates, status (reserved or inhouse), guest’s email address and room type. 

By clicking on the specific booking, a new page will appear listing all the Reservation Details, Guests Info, and Guest Activity. The guest activity section is where you’ll have an overview of everything that a guest has done using their guest application e.g. ‘reviewed and signed registration card,’ ‘submitted credit card,’ ‘made service request,’ etc. 

Here you’ll also have the option to send a pre-configured SMS to the guest e.g. feedback SMS.
