What is LasoExperience?

LasoExperience is a guest experience platform that helps hotels build meaningful relationships with guests. The platform fits in the guest journey right after booking, leading the guest through their stay from pre-stay communication, onboarding, mobile key, recommendations, offers, room upgrades, and concierge service to follow-up and future bookings.   

The LasoExperience platform encompasses two core components:

  • Management dashboard. An all-in-one, easy-to-use dashboard built to help you efficiently manage content, bookings, service tasks and guest interactions with specific modules for different departments as needed (e.g. housekeeping, maintenance). 
  • Web and native mobile guest apps. Guests can access a fully branded hotel Web app through their browser or use native iOS and Android mobile apps.

What types of properties does LasoExperience work best for?

We’ve built our platform with robust and scalable architecture so that you can use it to confidently manage your property’s digital guest interactions, regardless of the property’s type or size. We have supported small boutique hotels and large resorts with hundreds of rooms with equal success. 

Our property is using a PMS system, can we integrate it with your platform? 

Our platform connects with the best hotel tech out there. The level of detail that can be brought into the platform will depend on the API availability and capabilities of 3rd party systems. 

LasoExperience currently integrates with: Opera PMS, Maestro PMS, Maestro Spa, Maestro Activities, SevenRooms, TravelClick, Loyalty and auth system, CRM, Payment GWs with new integrations coming out every month.

How quickly can you get everything up and running?


The setup of the LasoExperience platform is typically very smooth and fast because we want hotel staff and management to see the value it delivers, fast. In fact, we’ve been successfully onboarding properties in as little as 2 weeks time.
 

Can I use my company branding?

The platform is designed as a whitelabel solution that comes with a powerful templating engine which allows us to create unique brand experiences for our customers. The platform branding goes beyond changing a few colors and uploading a logo – you can also define fonts, buttons, screen layout and flow. The platform is fully customizable and expandable with additional components and integration points. 


How much training is needed for hotel staff to use the platform? 

The LasoExperience platform is simple for people without any technical background to use. The dashboard modules are self explanatory, so adding content is easy. There are, however, several more technically demanding tasks, like configuring your automated messages or integrating with a PMS, that may require assistance from your internal technical staff or our support team. 

How much will it cost? 

The pricing will depend on the number and size of the properties, as well as the level of customization you need. The platform is priced per room with the cost ranging from $5-$15 per room, per month based on the modules being used.

How do you ensure data security and privacy?

The system is designed to enforce security checks on all of its layers, from DB up to the client applications (web/mobile). We do not store unnecessary data, while data is fully anonymized based on the configured property retention periods. The platform complies fully with GDPR and CCPA.

Credit cards are not stored and processed on our end. The platform passes data directly either to Opera or other 3rd party payment GW. Platform is a PCI DSS Level 4 compliant solution. 

Where will the platform be hosted? Are there added costs associated with hosting? 

LasoExperience is a fully managed cloud SaaS system and it is delivered in a dedicated infrastructure for each client (AWS cloud). First year hosting and maintenance subscription will be included in the price and exact monthly costs will be determined with more details about the platform usage and would start from the second year.  

Do you provide support for my guest experience platform?

We provide support to get you up and running with the platform and this is included in the price. Standard support is offered via email. Premium phone support is available at additional $3.000 per property and includes up to 20 hours of assistance.
