The Content tab is where you can add content that will be visible to your guests in the guest app, including activities, offers, categories, and homescreen content.
○ Activities – this is where you can add your property’s activities e.g. scuba diving, yoga classes, etc.
When adding a new activity, you can include basic information like Title, Cover Image, and Description. Going further, you can add tags and set up a detailed time frame for activity i.e. when will the activity be available, on which days, is it a weekly or monthly activity, etc.
○ Events – this is where you add your property’s upcoming events e.g. music nights, dining experiences, etc. The process for adding an event is the same as for adding a new activity (depicted above⬆).
○ Offers – this is where you add offers for ancillary services (e.g. spa packages). The offers you create here will be shown in the guest app with a link that takes the guest to a booking system.

○ Categories – this is where you can add categories to better organize your content e.g. Dining, Water Activities, Children’s Program, etc. Each category includes a Name, Description, and a Cover image.
○ Home Screen content – this is where you add content that your guests will see on their guest app homepage. You can add header content with image, description and accompanying call to action. You can also add things like you property’s location linking to google maps, your property’s contact info, promo content to inspire your guests to book their next stay, dining options, and basically anything you want to promote to your guests.
Leverage AI to write better content
In your content editor, there is a ‘Rewrite with AI’ button that you can click on to activate the LasoXP content generation AI assistant. With it, you can quickly generate captivating product descriptions, activity highlights, and event details. Plus, you can refine existing content for clearer, more engaging messaging.
