Manage guest feedback

The Feedback tab is where you can view guest feedback. There are two types of feedback: During stay feedback & post stay Review.

○ During stay – You’ll send an automated, scheduled message to guests on the 1st or 2nd day of their stay (depending on stay length) to ask them how they’re liking their stay so far and if they need any assistance. In the During stay section you’ll see their feedback.

○ Reviews – After checking out, your guests will receive an automated message from your hotel to leave a review. If a guest leaves a 4 or 5 star review, they’ll get a followup message with a direct link to rating on 3rd party websites like TripAdvisor and Google Maps. You can reply to reviews from this section. The ‘reply’ arrow will take you to the chat interface.
