Find reservation

Having a reservation is essential for certain aspects of the app. Reservation is automatically retrieved when the guest is authenticated. However, sometimes things do not go as planned but Laso provides a way for the guest to retrieve their reservation manually.

Retrieving a reservation

  1. Go to home and tap “Retrieve reservation” card. Alternatively, go to Profile > Retrieve reservation
  2. Enter confirmation number and last name
  3. If Laso finds the reservation, it will automatically be added to the guest profile
