View and manage guest requests

The Requests tab is where you’ll get complete visibility into service requests and related tasks progress. You can easily switch between ‘to do,’ ‘processing’, ‘rejected,’ and ‘completed’ tabs for a more focused view. Here you can prioritize work and help service staff be more productive.  


By clicking on a specific task, you can see task details such as when the task was created, room number, ticket provider, etc.
